Isn’t it amazing how the human body works? I am in awe. The fact that I can grow another human inside of me is astonishing. I immerse myself in books and online articles learning and understanding about the entire process. This second pregnancy was no different and because I knew this was most definitely my last (unless God has a different plan) I became even more present with each and every growing moment.
When planning my maternity shoot I knew I wanted it to be about capturing the beauty of pregnancy. Bailey Smith has an incredible eye and talent for photographing woman. I knew I would be in great hands with her.
As weird as it was for me to post all of these images of ME, I just couldn’t resist celebrating this moment in my life. When I was pregnant with Noah I cherished every second of it. I love everything about being pregnant and consider it a blessing that I do not take for granted. I am also so incredibly happy to bring a second child into our lives and this world. I am even more thrilled to give Noah the chance to have a sibling and a relationship with someone like no other. After all, we all need someone to call when are parents are driving us crazy! Who better to understand than a sibling.
